Granicus
The Challenge
With the merger of Granicus and GovDelivery, the new Granicus needed to combine existing product lines into one cohesive portfolio, taking into consideration legacy names and appealing to multiple customer segments. Granicus also needed to launch a new website.
The Solution
A new portfolio system makes offerings clear to different audiences, with intuitive naming and package options. The new website merges content from both companies into a seamless, simple experience to guide prospects through content to conversion.

Measurable Results
Since our work with Granicus they’ve seen massive growth in reach and customers. They’ve grown from 3,000 government clients to over 5,500, and increased their reach from 120 million citizens to over 200 million within two years. And in the following year, Granicus made the Inc. 5000 list of most successful companies.
With stakeholder and customer interviews I gained insight into both company’s portfolios, learning the strengths and pain points, and legacy of each offering.
After researching competitor brands and finding inspiration in mentor brands, I was able to analyze the landscape and position Granicus in a competitive space.
I built a portfolio structure, along with a new naming system, that was intuitive for prospects and cohesive with the new brand.
Beginning with UX strategy based on best practices, the brand strategy and business goals, I created a new website experience, merging existing content from both companies and using the new product portfolio, to guide users through to conversion.
